The staff at the reception didn't seem too engaged, but I did appreciate the helpfulness of one team member during checkout. I had an excellent stay at Park Avenue. The location was amazing, right beside the Expo metro station and very close to the airport. The staff, especially Mr. Muthalip, provided top-notch service that made our arrival and stay memorable. While our room setup wasn't as we initially requested, it was clean and comfortable. I did experience a small issue with the bathtub drain, but it was promptly fixed. Overall, a great place for travelers looking for convenience and comfort.
