the receptionist's engagement seemed minimal, focusing solely on essential duties. i received two rooms but lacked specific guidance on which room was assigned to which guest, causing some initial confusion during check-in.

i found a washing machine in my room. the room was also quiet. the early check-in was really helpful after my long flight. the comfy bed ensured a restful night.
the reception area was a bit cluttered with luggage. i had to go outside the hotel to use a public restroom near the lobby. it was inconvenient.

overall a decent visit

great locationcomfy bedlow standardmold around bath
i REALLY liked how close it was to the supermarket AND the restaurants. the bed was also super comfy. it was an amazing stay with complete facilities, i found a washing machine, an electric kettle, and an electric stove.
the receptionist i met WASN'T very engaging and only did the bare minimum. i didn't even get advised which room was for which guest. also, the room was pretty low standard with mold ALL around the bath AND on the bathroom blind.

I appreciated the underground tunnel network. It allowed easy access to nearby buildings and the MRT station, a real lifesaver in hot weather. A large supermarket and mall were also very close. The staff were helpful (especially with directions). The room was well maintained and clean.
The air conditioning was a little noisy on the lowest setting.

the location near the subway station was convenient, i suppose.
The room service was not great. I asked for extra towels and they never arrived. Even with earplugs, it was like a jackhammer symphony. the promised city view was more like a rooftop of air conditioning units, though they did function, i guess.

The self-closing door did not lock reliably. I returned one day to find it unlocked. i requested detergent for the washing machine, and housekeeping only delivered it after i asked four times. the work space lighting was poor..
